The world we live in is not concrete, black and white.
It is difficult to grasp the whole truth because there are quite a few obstacles that one does not always realize.
Our reality is made up of many layers of information.
There are always multiple truths associated with a subject.
That depends on the perspective on the subject.
What position do you take, how much distance do you have from the subject and how wide can you look.
In addition, many layers of information are deliberately kept away from us,
so that we do not get a general picture of what the actual truth is in all its layers.
For example, there are executives in this world who do not want to reveal their true leadership strategy and interests.
As a result, it is never clear why they make decisions and what the consequences are.
What is also difficult to observe are things that take place in other densities of energy.
Our physical senses fail to perceive more.
Also, our minds fail to fully comprehend the truth.
It makes choices in what is allowed to penetrate to us and leaves out a lot of information.
Our minds fragment information, causing connections between pieces of information to disappear.
When information is received through other people, the truth is always distorted.
The information received has already been passed through the brain filter of the other person.
You then get colored pieces of information that mainly resonate with the other person.
The rest is left out by the mind of the other.
Not everyone knows how to express themselves as well as possible.
Sometimes people say one thing, but mean another.
Each thought has given a new twist to the meaning.
Not to speak of what trauma does on perseption of truth.
This makes information very confusing and makes 'truth' an abstract concept.
Uncovering the total truth based on outside information seems impossible.
The best way to find out the truth is to expose the total truth in your own feeling.
Taking yourself seriously by making yourself aware of every bit of feeling inside you.
Don't distinguish between emotions that are created by thoughts or that come straight from your heart.
Do not favor pleasant or unpleasant emotions.
The world we live in is a world of fragmentation and separation.
It works so strongly within ourselves that we don't accept parts of ourselves or push feelings away.
Experiences and thoughts can give us feelings such as impatience, expectations, disappointment, etc.
If we don't take these casual feelings seriously and examine what they do to us,
that part of consciousness splits off from who you are.
It forms an obstacle through which you can no longer perceive feelings on the other side.
This is also how blockages arise when we disagree with something.
There are additional topics and discussions in the media and social media that you may not agree with.
But being against something also means creating a separation within yourself.
While it is fair to always have your own opinion,
'being against something' creates a block in your feeling, leaving you feeling incomplete without noticing.
You may or may not want to empathize with the opposing opinion.
You can also no longer feel empathy for the part that has been split off from you.
You become fragmented within yourself.
A person wants to be connected with everything.
It wants wholeness, to be complete, to flow, to shine, to passion.
This does not happen with blocks within ourselves.
Even the smallest energetic blockage means fragmentation.
If we feel each moment in ourselves and perceive it fully, we will discover its function, weight, position, etc.
The blockage takes on a very different position in your system, because it is perceived seriously.
It can breathe again.
So you can still have an opinion, but a conscious opinion.
You feel whole, complete and loved.
It gives you a completely different view of the world around you.
You will discover multiple truths.
Can empathize with others.
You can also perceive the fragmentation and wholeness in others.
